1. Select your pants size
-> Measure your butt circumference POM (measure the widest are of butt/hips)
See here which size you have:

Coated products: If more than one sizes come into question, choose at will. For spandex products we suggest to choose the smaller size.
2. Select your waistband size
-> Measure your waist circumference TM and see in which range you are.
blue area: Your waistband size is STANDARD.
grey/black area: The column name under “Your waistband size“ is your waistband size, for example „Plus10“
TM from/to in cm. Please look within the selected pants size column only!
